If you are not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to refund you once you have returned the item to us within 14 days of receipt of the item. The item must be unworn, in a saleable condition with all the tags in place.
We cannot offer returns on Made To Order items and on jewellery due to hygiene reasons.
How do I return an item?
To return an item you must email us on: info@shovai.com within 48 hours of receiving the order detailing the reason for the return. Once we have received your email we will forward you the returns address. Items must be shipped back to us within 14 days of you receiving them.
We do not offer free returns. Postage and packaging costs will be at your own cost. We recommend you use an insured, trackable postage service (eg Royal Mail Special Delivery) as goods are your responsibility until received back to us.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
